Privacy Policy
Дата останнього оновлення: 31.08.2026
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how ofmarketing.net (“we”, “the Company”) handles visitor data on the site.
The key point: we do not collect, store or process personal data of Site visitors. The Site contains no registration forms, order forms, chatbots, or analytics/advertising scripts that would identify a user.
This Policy has been prepared taking into account the requirements of:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — for visitors from the European Union/EEA;
- the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — for visitors from the State of California, USA;
- the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” — No. 2297-VI.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not request, store or use:
- your name, email or phone number (except where you voluntarily send them to us by mail or messenger on your own initiative — see section 4);
- location data;
- cookies for analytics, advertising or retargeting (Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, etc. are not installed on the Site);
- any user behavior profiles.
The Site does not use registration, a personal account, or order forms.
3. Technical Data Processed Automatically
Due to the very architecture of the internet, our hosting provider technically records a minimal amount of service information about each request to the server (IP address, request time, browser type) — this happens at the hosting infrastructure level, not on our initiative, and is used exclusively to ensure the operation and security of the server (preventing DDoS attacks and abuse). This data:
- is not linked to a specific individual;
- is not analyzed by us for marketing or other purposes;
- is stored by the hosting provider for a short technical period (usually no longer than 7 days), after which it is automatically deleted.
4. If You Contact Us Directly
If you write to us by email, messenger or the social networks listed on the Site, the data you provide (e.g., your name and contact details) is used solely to respond to your request and is not shared with third parties, except where directly necessary to fulfill your request (for example, to conclude a contract). You may always ask us to delete the correspondence.
5. Cookies
On your first visit to the Site, you are shown a banner where you can give or decline consent to the use of cookies. Refusing is just as easy as agreeing — no option is enabled “by default” for non-essential categories.
We use the following cookie categories:
Strictly necessary — ensure the basic operation of the Site (for example, remembering your cookie choice). They work without consent, since the Site would not function correctly without them.
Analytics — [e.g., Google Analytics] — help us understand how visitors use the Site (pages, time on page, referral source), in an anonymized/aggregated form. Installed only after your consent.
Advertising/marketing — [e.g., Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads] — used to display relevant advertising and measure its effectiveness. They may transfer data to the service provider outside the EU/Ukraine; such transfers are carried out on the basis of mechanisms recognized as adequate under GDPR (e.g., standard contractual clauses). Installed only after your consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the Site footer or in the banner itself. A detailed list of specific cookies, their providers and retention periods is given directly in the cookie banner/settings panel.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
6. Data Transfer to Third Parties
Since we do not collect personal data through the Site, we do not sell, rent or transfer it to third parties, advertising networks or analytics services.
7. User Rights
Even in the absence of data collection, you have the right to:
- find out whether any data about you is being processed (see sections 3–4);
- request deletion of correspondence if you have contacted us personally;
- file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in the EU — with the national data protection authority; in Ukraine — with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights).
8. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy, in particular if new features (forms, analytics, cookies) appear on the Site. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown at the top of the document.
9. Contacts
For questions regarding this Policy, please contact: info@ofmarketing.net
